About the role

Develop, implement, and monitor advanced analytical models that optimize the profitability of the Digital Channel, through risk segmentation, LTV models, competitive analysis on aggregators, and dynamic pricing systems, integrating these capabilities within the technical framework of the line of business.

What you'll do

Develop advanced segmentation models and digital footprint.
Model expected claims by segment and simulate technical impact.
Build and maintain the LTV model integrating premium, claims, CPA, and persistence.
Develop price elasticity models and competitive positioning on aggregators.
Design dynamic discount engines by customer profile.
Build financial models by cohort (P&L, VNB, sensitivities).
Automate technical reporting and monitor early warning signals.
Coordinate with Technology and Data teams to operationalize models.

Required experience

4-7 years of experience in advanced modeling applied to business.
Experience in supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning.
Experience in developing financial or actuarial models.
Experience in the insurance sector is valued.

Required Knowledge

Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or similar.
A master's degree in Data Science or Analytics is valued.
Advanced Python (pandas, scikit-learn, and other ML libraries).
SQL.
Advanced statistical modeling, experience with actuarial software (Akur8, Radar...).
Experimentation techniques (A/B testing, causal inference).
Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Desarrollar, implementar y monitorizar modelos analíticos avanzados que permitan optimizar la rentabilidad del Canal Digital, mediante segmentación de riesgo, modelos de LTV, análisis competitivo en agregadores y sistemas de pricing dinámico, integrando estas capacidades dentro del marco técnico del ramo.

What you'll do

Desarrollar modelos de segmentación avanzada y footprint digital.
Modelizar siniestralidad esperada por segmento y simular impacto técnico.
Construir y mantener el modelo LTV integrando prima, siniestralidad, CPA y persistencia.
Desarrollar modelos de elasticidad precio y posicionamiento competitivo en agregadores.
Diseñar motores de descuento dinámico por perfil de cliente.
Construir modelos financieros por cohorte (P&L, VNB, sensibilidades).
Automatizar reporting técnico y monitorización de alertas tempranas.
Coordinar con Tecnología y Data para la productivización de modelos.

Experiencia requerida

4-7 años en modelización avanzada aplicada a negocio.
Experiencia en Machine Learning supervisado y no supervisado.
Experiencia en desarrollo de modelos financieros o actuariales.
Valorable experiencia en sector asegurador.

Conocimientos Requeridos

Grado en Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería, Actuariales o similar.
Valorable máster en Data Science o Analytics.
Python avanzado (pandas, scikit-learn u otras librerías de ML).
SQL.
Modelización estadística avanzada, experiencia en software actuarial (Akur8, Radar....)
