About the role

For the 2026/2027 academic year, we are seeking instructors for the Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences for the Master's Degree in Public Management

What you'll do

Planning and delivering online teaching.
Monitoring student learning.
Supervising and assessing Master's Theses (TFM), as well as participating in examination boards.
Designing, overseeing, and grading assessment tests.
Updating teaching content and materials.
Using digital tools applied to teaching.
Participating in academic coordination meetings.
Collaborating in academic activities, events, and faculty life.
Participating in research and teaching innovation projects, as well as in the dissemination of results.

What we're looking for

Accreditation by ANECA or by a regional agency for the evaluation of university quality.
At least two years of professional experience in Public Administration, public bodies, public sector consulting, or related fields.
At least one year of university teaching experience, preferably in online mode.
Participation in research, innovation, or knowledge transfer projects related to the public sector.
Knowledge and experience in areas such as governance, transparency, public procurement, public management, public leadership, public innovation, public policy evaluation, or e-government.

What you'll do

Planificación e impartición de la docencia online.
Seguimiento del aprendizaje del alumnado.
Dirección y evaluación de Trabajos Fin de Máster (TFM), así como participación en tribunales.
Diseño, supervisión y corrección de pruebas de evaluación.
Actualización de contenidos y materiales docentes.
Uso de herramientas digitales aplicadas a la docencia.
Participación en reuniones de coordinación académica.
Colaboración en actividades académicas, eventos y vida de la facultad.
Participación en proyectos de investigación e innovación docente, así como en la difusión de resultados.

What we're looking for

Acreditación académica por ANECA o por una agencia autonómica de evaluación de la calidad universitaria.
Experiencia profesional de, al menos, dos años en la Administración Pública, organismos públicos, consultoría del sector público o ámbitos relacionados.
Experiencia docente universitaria de, al menos, un año, preferiblemente en modalidad online.
Participación en proyectos de investigación, innovación o transferencia del conocimiento vinculados al sector público.
Conocimiento y experiencia en áreas como gobernanza, transparencia, contratación pública, gestión pública, dirección pública, innovación pública, evaluación de políticas públicas o administración electrónica.
