At Adecco, we are selecting an Accounting Administrative Assistant to join directly an insurance brokerage specialized in private clients and companies.
The selected person will primarily provide support to the administration and accounting area, as well as collaborate in the operational management of insurance.
What will your duties be?
-Management of the brokerage's accounting and administration.
-Management of invoicing, bookkeeping, regularization, and reconciliation of balances.
-Review and control of receipts and accounting transactions.
-Management and follow-up of documentation.
-Other administrative tasks related to the daily management of the brokerage.
What are we looking for?
-Previous experience in accounting and administrative functions.
-Knowledge of accounting and ability to perform reconciliations, invoicing, and balance reviews.
-Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
What do we offer?

-Permanent contract directly with the company.
-Full-time: 40 hours per week.

La persona seleccionada dará soporte principalmente al área de administración y contabilidad, además de colaborar en la gestión operativa de seguros.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
-Gestión de la contabilidad y administración de la correduría.
-Gestión de facturación, contabilización, regularización y conciliación de saldos.
-Revisión y control de recibos y movimientos contables.
-Gestión y seguimiento de documentación.
-Otras tareas administrativas relacionadas con la gestión diaria de la correduría.
-Experiencia previa en funciones contables y administrativos/as.
-Conocimientos de contabilidad y capacidad para realizar conciliaciones, facturación y revisión de saldos.
-Buen manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
-Experiencia en el sector seguros, siendo muy valorable haber trabajado previamente en una correduría de seguros.
-Contrato indefinido directo con empresa.
-Jornada completa: 40 horas semanales.
*Lunes a jueves: 08:00 a 17:30 h, con 30 minutos para comer.
*Viernes: 08:00 a 14:00 h.
-Jornada intensiva durante el verano.
-Salario: según experiencia aportada.
-Ubicación: Polígono de Costa Rica, Madrid, próximo a Metro Pío XII.
