Analizar la situación jurídica, registral y catastral de activos patrimoniales.
Participar en proyectos de regularización patrimonial, deslindes, investigaciones patrimoniales y procedimientos de recuperación de bienes.
Realizar estudios de valoración económica de bienes inmuebles y otros activos públicos.
Asesorar en operaciones patrimoniales tales como adquisiciones, enajenaciones, cesiones, permutas o concesiones administrativas.
Participar en la elaboración de informes técnicos, económicos y jurídicos para órganos de gobierno y entidades fiscalizadoras.
Analizar el aprovechamiento y rentabilidad de activos públicos, identificando oportunidades de optimización.
Colaborar en proyectos relacionados con urbanismo, gestión de suelo y desarrollo territorial.
Interpretar y aplicar la normativa patrimonial, urbanística y administrativa vigente.
Coordinar la interlocución con clientes públicos, registradores, notarios, técnicos municipales y otros organismos implicados.
